Registration Terms

In consideration of the right to participate, the undersigned by execution of this entry form, which waives any right to cause against all parties connected with the management and production of "A Small Town Weekend" event for any cause suffered by the undersigned to his or her property, The City of El Reno, Canadian County, are hereby expressly indemnified of and from any contests connected with "A Small Town Weekend."

The El Reno Cruisers are a non-profit corporation and all proceeds from A Small Town Weekend are donated to local charities. A small convenience fee will be added to the total to help cover the costs associated with online registration expenses.

You must check-in with registration upon arrival and present your ticket to receive your event placard and enter the event. Lost registration tickets, failure to appear, etc., will not be refunded. All ticket sales are final.

By purchasing an event ticket, you agree to abide by the terms set forth.
